LCD Gaming Monitor Line Extended with New 12" and 19" ModelsElo has extended its family of
gaming chassis LCDs with new 12.1" and 19" models. The 1247L touchmonitor
displays resolutions up to 800x600, and features a bright display
at 300 cd/m2, 300:1 contrast ratio, and a 120° x 90° viewing angle.
The 1947L features
a 170° x 170° viewing angle, 700:1 contrast ratio, and DVI-D or
analog input. Both monitors feature IntelliTouch surface wave touch
technology for the ultimate optics possible with an overlay, include
a watertight minibezel, remote OSD, and power and agency approvals
for sale worldwide. All of Elo's LCD gaming monitors, including
the 15", 17" and
18" models
have a long-lasting product cycle because the enclosure is controlled
by Elo's design drawings so panel improvements are possible without
external changes. |

1229L 12" Multifunction Bingo and Casino TouchmonitorElo's new 1229L multifunction
touchmonitor was recently nominated as a finalist for a Global
Gaming Business Magazine Technology Award. The "designed
for touch" 1229L may be ordered with up to three integrated
peripherals, including an ergonomically-placed magnetic stripe
reader (MSR), biometric fingerprint recognition device, and a
rear facing customer display. All are incorporated into the monitor
housing and designed to flow with its elegant styling. Available
with a choice of touch technologies, the 1229L is fully configurable
for a variety of applications in the casino pit, cash cage, and
high security areas, as well as in bingo halls, where its compact
design efficiently saves valuable work space as well as minimizing
