Capacitive Touchscreens

Elo capacitive touchscreens (also called surface capacitive) provide a solution for customers seeking an alternative to the currently available capacitive options. Announced in March 2004, the new family of capacitive touchscreens—utilizing the company's Z-Border, a proprietary linearization electrode pattern—firmly positions the company as the primary single-source solution for all mainstream touch technologies. In addition, customers will now be able to receive capacitive technology on the Elo portfolio of touchmonitors, the world's largest offering.
